Usage and dosage
The initial dose of 'Semaglutide is 0.25 mg once a week. After 4 wecks, it should increase to 0.5 mg omce a week.After treatment with 0.5 mg oncec a weck for at Ieast 4 wecks, the dosc can be increased to I mg once a weck tofurther improve blood sugar control Ievels, 0.25 mg of this product is not a maintenancc dose. It is not rccommendedto have a weckly dose exceeding I mg. When Semaglutide is used in combination withexisting Metfiormin treatmen,the current dose of Metfiormin can be maintained unchanged, When using this product in combination with existingsulfonylurea drugs for treatment, consideration should be given to reducing the dosage of sulfionylurea drugs to roducethe risk of hypoglycemia, There is no nced fior sclf blood glucosc monitoring to adjust the dosage of this product.However, when starting to usc this product in combination with sulfionylurea drugs for treatment, it may be nccessaryto self monitor blood sugar to adjust the dosage of sulfonylurea drugs and reduce the risk of hypoglycemia.

Special population:
Patients with mild, moderate, or severe kidney damage do not nced to adjust the dosage, There is limited experienccin using semaglutide in paticnts with scvere kidney damage, It is not rccommended for patients with end-stagc kidneydiscase to use this product. Patients with liver damage do not nced to adjust thcir dosage. There is limited experiencein using scmaglutide in paticnts with severe liver damage. When using this product to treat such patients,cautionshould be exercised.
